Tổng quan về vị trí:
Với vai trò Giám đốc Vận hành (COO), bạn sẽ giữ một vị trí then chốt trong tổ chức của chúng tôi, chịu trách nhiệm giám sát và tối ưu hóa các hoạt động hàng ngày, thúc đẩy hiệu quả và điều chỉnh các quy trình phù hợp với mục tiêu chiến lược của chúng tôi. Bạn sẽ lãnh đạo một đội ngũ chuyên gia tài năng và hợp tác với ban quản lý cấp cao để đưa công ty hướng tới sự tăng trưởng và thành công bền vững.
Trách nhiệm:
- Develop policy and execute strategic plans to drive operational excellence and achieve organizational objectives.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of department heads by providing day-to-day direction, fostering a high-performance culture, and endorsing policy to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness throughout the organization.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Oversee the preparation and arrangement of reports and forecasts to manage financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization and profitability.
- Implement effective risk management practices and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with executive management in decision-making processes, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, or similar executive-level role in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of global mobility and drivers of business owners and investors needs in Vietnam and its dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of driving high-performance teams.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional business acumen and the ability to execute plans effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Written and spoken Vietnamese skills not compulsory but advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Master’s degree in business administration is compulsory.
