  • Oversee the preparation and arrangement of reports and forecasts to manage financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization and profitability.<\/li>\n
  • Implement effective risk management practices and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    Collaborate with executive management in decision-making processes, providing strategic insights and recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements:<\/b><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer, General Manager, or similar executive-level role in a corporate setting.<\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of global mobility and drivers of business owners and investors needs in Vietnam and its dynamics.<\/li>\n
    • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of driving high-performance teams.<\/li>\n
    • Strategic thinker with exceptional business acumen and the ability to execute plans effectively.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Written and spoken Vietnamese skills not compulsory but advantageous.<\/li>\n
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective strategies to achieve business objectives.<\/li>\n
    • Master’s degree in business administration is compulsory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
