We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our business development and growth efforts.<\/p>\n

The Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for the development and execution of the business\u2019 marketing and business development strategy. Amongst other marketing and business development activities, the role will be focused on identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic business relationships to build our client base.<\/p>\n

    Responsibility<\/b><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Develop, implement, and evaluate business development strategies, marketing initiatives and KPIs to ensure alignment with overall corporate strategies and business direction. <\/li>\n
    • Identify new business opportunities and market trends, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services, or new ways of reaching existing and new markets. <\/li>\n
    • Drive sales growth through marketing programs and campaigns. <\/li>\n
    • Manage sales pipeline to ensure timely and accurate forecasting. <\/li>\n
    • Create and update sales & marketing materials as and when required. <\/li>\n
    • Grow & maintain existing clients management system as well as driving innovation in client management and experiences. <\/li>\n
    • Develop business relations with identified partners, manage business partnerships, negotiate contracts and close business deals. <\/li>\n
    • Drive engagement KPIs with all related departments and teams. <\/li>\n
    • Work with internal teams to provide input into P&L forecasting, reporting and analysis periodically. <\/li>\n
    • Manage sales & marketing related reporting processes and budgets. <\/li>\n
    • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders and business partners. <\/li>\n
    • Prepare and present business proposals and pitches to potential investors and clients. <\/li>\n
    • Oversee the professional development of the marketing and business development team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. <\/li>\n
    • Report on successes and areas needing improvements to the board and\/or other senior reporting lines. <\/li>\n
    • Represent the company at industry events and meetings. <\/li>\n
    • Regular international travel will be required, specifically to Vietnam and SE Asia more broadly (our key strategic markets). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      About you and your experience<\/b><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or similar executive-level role in a corporate setting. <\/li>\n
      • Strong understanding of global mobility and drivers of business owners and investor needs in Vietnam and its dynamics. <\/li>\n
      • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing and managing high-performance teams. <\/li>\n
      • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. <\/li>\n
      • Written and spoken business-level English and Vietnamese skills will be necessary to cater to our client base. <\/li>\n
      • Strategic thinker with exceptional business acumen and the ability to execute plans effectively. <\/li>\n
      • High degree of attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively. <\/li>\n
      • Strong existing business and client networks in the Southeast Asian market, particularly in Vietnam. <\/li>\n
      • Proven experience with developing strong relationships with high net wealth individual and business clients and ability to build and sustain rapport with clients and partners. <\/li>\n
      • Ability to work effectively in differing cultural and business environments. <\/li>\n
      • Detailed understanding of market research methods and analysis. <\/li>\n
      • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial\/budgeting processes. <\/li>\n
      • Commercial awareness with a strategic mindset. <\/li>\n
      • Bachelor or Master qualifications in business, finance, commerce, business administration and\/or marketing. <\/li>\n
      • Minimum of seven years in senior marketing or business development management activities. <\/li>\n
      • Driven by a strong personal sense of integrity and upholds exemplary quality standards. <\/li>\n
      • Prepares thoroughly, takes responsibility and accountability, uses initiative and is self-reliant to ensure work progresses. <\/li>\n
      • Hardworking and diligent with a keen understanding of client demands. <\/li>\n
      • Ability to effectively deal with challenging situations and implement solutions in a composed manner. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
