We are partnering with an innovative property development company in Melbourne to find a talented and passionate Marketing Executive. You will work alongside a collaborative team to deliver strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and customer engagement, including efforts to connect with diverse market segments both locally and internationally.<\/p>

About the Role<\/b><\/h3>

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of marketing activities that align with our business goals. You\u2019ll be involved in understanding customer preferences, identifying market opportunities, shaping campaign messaging, and ensuring effective delivery across digital and traditional channels. You will help craft compelling content, manage marketing campaigns, analyse performance, and contribute ideas that strengthen our market position.<\/p>

We are particularly interested in candidates who bring not only strong marketing fundamentals but also an appreciation for cross\u2011border audience dynamics and the ability to engage with communities beyond the traditional market, including those with connections to the Vietnamese community and related ecosystems.<\/p>

What You\u2019ll Do<\/b><\/h3>
  • Lead the creation and rollout of integrated marketing initiatives to support our property developments and corporate objectives.<\/li>
  • Interpret market insights, competitor dynamics, and customer data to recommend strategies that enhance engagement and competitive advantage.<\/li>
  • Provide input on key marketing decisions, including product positioning, pricing considerations, and promotional tactics, to strengthen overall campaign effectiveness.<\/li>
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and seamless communication delivery.<\/li>
  • Prepare and publish digital content across multiple platforms, including website and social media, ensuring relevance and audience impact.<\/li>
  • Evaluate campaign performance using analytics and provide actionable insights to refine future activity.<\/li>
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and creative partners to bring campaigns to life and maximise reach \u2014 including collaboration with partners who can support culturally nuanced and regionally tailored marketing efforts.<\/li>
  • Assist in reviewing distribution channels to ensure our communications and offers effectively reach target audiences.<\/li><\/ul>

    What We\u2019re Looking For<\/b><\/h3>

    We want someone who is enthusiastic about marketing and can translate strategy into action. The ideal candidate will bring:<\/p>

    • Demonstrated marketing experience with a focus on campaign planning, execution, and analysis.<\/li>
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, and audience analytics.<\/li>
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively across diverse audiences.<\/li>
    • A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks, adapt to evolving priorities, and work well in a fast\u2011paced environment.<\/li>
    • A relevant Bachelor\u2019s degree (Marketing, Business, Communications or similar) and professional experience in line with the duties described (aligned with ANZSCO standards).<\/li>
    • Experience or insights into multicultural audience engagement \u2014 ideally including familiarity with market dynamics that influence Vietnamese\u2011speaking audiences or community networks \u2014 and the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners to reach them.<\/li><\/ul>
